Thank you for shopping with Arisé.GRNDE. We proudly work with Printify and printful to produce and ship high-quality, made-to-order items. Below you'll find detailed information on order processing, shipping times, and delivery expectations.
Order Processing
All products are made to order and processed within 2 to 5 business days.
Once your order is printed and packaged, you’ll receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking information.
Please note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times and Delivery
Delivery times vary based on product, destination, and fulfillment location. The following are estimated delivery windows once the item has shipped:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and item selection.
Important: These delivery estimates do not include order processing time. External factors such as customs, carrier delays, or local disruptions may affect actual delivery time.
International Shipping & Customs
Viva Grandae ships worldwide to most countries.
Please be aware that customs fees, duties, or VAT charges may apply upon delivery depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier's website.
Some international shipments may experience limited tracking once the package leaves the fulfillment country.
Delivery Issues and Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. Arisé.GRNDE is not responsible for:

Re-shipping costs for returned orders due to undeliverable addresses
If a package is returned to sender, we will contact you for the correct address. Re-shipping charges may apply.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders
If your order is:

Marked as delivered but not received: Wait 48 hours and check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.

Lost in transit: Reach out to us after 10 business days with your tracking info.

Arrives damaged: Please send a photo of the item and packaging to support@vivagrandae.com within 7 days of delivery.
We will work with Printify and the fulfillment partner to resolve the issue and, when applicable, send a replacement.
